Abriva Plus Tablet
Abriva Plus 400 / 100 mg tablet is composed of Sofosbuvir (400 )Velpatasvir ( 100 mg)
Sofosbuvir is used along with ribavirin (Copegus, Rebetol, Ribasphere, others) and sometimes another medication (peginterferon alfa [Pegasys]) to treat certain types of chronic hepatitis C (an ongoing viral infection that damages the liver) in adults

Indications
This medicine is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C, Liver transplantation and hepatocellular cancer.
Side EffectsSome patients taking this medicine may experience blood dyscrasias (blood disorders), anorexia, weight loss, insomnia, depression, anxiety, agitation, headache, dizziness, migraine, attention disturbances, blurred vision, cough, stomach upset or rash. If you experience any of these symptoms please consult your doctor.

what are the adverse effects of Abriva Plus Tablet ?
Headache, fatigue, nausea, anaemia.
What happens if I miss a dose ?
ORAL: Adults: 400/100 mg once a day for 12 wks (may extend to 24 wks in some circumstances). Children: Under 18 years not recommended.
