Duphalac 120ml Syrup contains Lactulose as an active ingredient and belongs to the laxatives class of drugs. It is a colonic acidifier, which works by softening the stool. Duphalac may help you increase the number of bowel movements a day.
What dose should I choose?
For adults, the elderly, and children (over 12 years), 10 to 30ml of Duphalac 120ml Syrup twice a day.
For children (under 12 years), take 2.5 to 10ml of Duphalac 120ml Syrup once a day.
For children (under 1 year of age), take 1 teaspoon of Duphalac 120ml Syrup per day.
