How effective is Getformin 1mg + 500mg?

Getformin 1mg + 500mg Tablet is composed of Glimepiride + Metformin. Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea, which shows effectiveness by increasing the amount of insulin produced by the pancreas. Metformin is a biguanide, which shows effectiveness by lowering glucose production in the liver.

What dose should I choose?                                                                  

For adults (above 18), take 1 tablet of Getformin 1mg + 500mg a day, or as prescribed by the doctor.

For children (below 17), Getformin is not recommended.
