It is effective for bacterial infections, not for viral infections like cold and flu. It contains the active ingredient levofloxacin.

Leflox 500mg tablet is helpful to control, prevent, and improve the diseases, conditions, and symptoms like infections in the urinary tract, nose, ear, throat, skin and soft tissues, and lungs (Pneumonia) both  in adults and children. It helps to cure the infection by restricting the further growth of the causative microorganisms.

What dose should I choose?

For Adults, take an oral dose of 250, 500 or 750mg once in a day. Children with ages below than 15 years should take 8mg/kg once in 24 hours. Try not to exceed the mentioned dosage. If you have any medication queries, then consult with your doctor or a pharmacist.
