About Tritace 2.5mg Tablet

Tritace 2.5mg Tablet is used for the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure. It is also used after a heart attack.

How effective is Tritace 2.5mg Tablet?

Tritace 2.5mg Tablet is used to control, prevent, and treat the symptoms of high blood pressure, heart failure, and strokes. Tritace 2.5mg Tablet contains Ramipril as an active ingredient and belongs to Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor class of drugs.  It works by inhibiting the reabsorption of water and electrolytes, thus lowering blood pressure and heart load.

What dose should I choose?

For adults (18 and above), the usual recommended dose of Tritace 2.5mg is 1 tablet a day.

Tritace 2.5mg Tablet is not recommended for children (below 18 years).
